COSMO-PL SPRING MEETING 2006: Accommodation

We recommend that people stay at the University Hotel (next to Gymnazyum Akademicki, on Chełmińska Street) to maximise the time available for informal discussion. As of 5 April 2006, there are over 30 rooms available in the price range 70-120 złoty (20-30 euro) per night for the conference period, at the rate for "university guests". To obtain this rate, you must inform the hotel that you are participating in the COSMO-PL SPRING MEETING 2006.

University Hotel: How to book

You may email: hotel.umkuni.torun.pl or telephone +48 (56) 611-28-00 the hotel giving name, dates of your stay, preferred type of room (see below) and method of payment.

You are required to confirm your reservation in writing (fax or postal mail) or by paying in advance. The hotel front desk staff speak English.

Local organisers will confirm your participation to the Hotel, provided that you have registered either by email or twiki. If you do not register with us, then the Hotel will require you to pay at a higher rate.

Rezerwacji miejsc ... dokonuje recepcja Hotelu Uniwersyteckiego (recepcjonistki mówią po angielsku). Wstępną rezerwację można uzgodnić telefonicznie, (lub email: hotel.umk at uni.torun.pl) pod numerem tel. (56) 611-28-00, a następnie należy ją niezwłocznie potwierdzić pisemnie. Pismo rezerwujące podpisuje dysponent środków finansowych.

Also:

• Rezygnacja z wcześniej dokonanej rezerwacji grupowej może zostać przyjęta nie póżniej niż 2 tygodnie przed zakwaterowaniem, a w przypadku rezerwacji pojedynczych, nie później niż na 48 godzin przed zakwaterowaniem.
• W przpadku nie odwołania rezerwacji i nie zgłoszenia się gościa, Hotel ma prawo wystąpić z roszczeniem o pokrycie należności zgodni z obowiązującym cennikiem.

Zamówienie powinno zawierać następujące informacje:

1. imię i nazwisko gościa,
2. czas pobytu,
3. rodzaj zamawianego pokoju,
4. określenie płatnika.
