shifting cosmo-media to mailman

witam,
  i'd like to shift cosmo-media from sympa at newton to mailman at adjani,
so that it can be more easily opened up to non-subscribers without
risking too much spam.

i'll probably do this tomorrow Thurs afternoon unless there are
objections - you will probably get some introduction messages from
mailman saying you've been subscribed, welcome to the list etc.
