hi. I write regarging 'restiwal nauki' to shere my point of view which I'm going to argue in due time, so that you - my opponents/or not/ could know what is going to happen, suggest some ohter concepts and wite your agrumantations - to obtain the general overview of the speach, time shering etc. There is still some time, so it's not that urgent, but I thing it's a good idea to keep in mind the big picture of it in advance and to synchronize and fine tune three of us. Below I put my general argumentation in points in polish - sorry Boud but since this is to be in polish, I didn't translate my notes. But I can put it into english if you find it hard to keep up fast for discussion. There are also some technical issues to discuss like about the presentaitons - big one or three separate, or maebe yet another number. I heard something about two projectors. what do you thing of it ?

the time is fine for me. bartek ps. another interesting thing for simple inflation models and against topology would be the lack of non-gaussian signal in WMAP map at lest downto the threshold of the sensitivity.

i'll read the paper, but meaybe I made a thought shortcut, but isn't all the non-gaussian signal found in WMAP because of eg. foreground "contamination" - like point like extragallactic sources or something similar like remenants from not perfect galactic emmision template ? bart. On the other hand, I think, even having detedted primordial non-gaussianity in CMBR mae not imply a must for nontrivial topology - since many more elaborated inflation models (trying to avoid the fine tuning problem) can introduce non-gaussian signal. In that cases the probability of some particular multiconnected topology detection falls. bart.

i definitely agree that significant non-gaussianity in the CMB is not *sufficient* to show that there is observable nontrivial topology. It's also not a very good test for topology. But there are many people claiming the observation of non-gaussianity is there in WMAP, independently of what the physical explanation is. b
