This is officially Jan's exam for the Kosmologia course, but scientifically it should be interesting for everyone in the cosmology group, especially Zbyszek and Maciej S. Galaxies exist: we need to understand how to quantitatively, statistically model their existence in a relativistic universe model - but this talk will mostly focus on the standard (Newtonian cosmology) approach.
