However, we have a problem with the date - Mariusz wrote (offlist)
that 12 May is impossible and he'd prefer... June, so we no longer
have consensus on a date. :(


It seems to me that we have:

Marek Biesiada (U Śląsk)            - 19-20 May very difficult
Mariusz Dąbrowski (U Szczecin)      - 12 May impossible
Włodek Godłowski (OA-UJagelloński)  - 5-6 May difficult, 26-27 May impossible
Andrzej Marecki (UMK Toruń)
Boud Roukema (UMK Toruń)
Agnieszka Szaniewska (UMK Toruń)

The semester ends in UMK on 13-14 June, so late June would be a bad time
for a meeting, especially for people with heavy teaching loads.

Maybe very early June could be possible...?

* is piątek-sobota 2-3 June OK for you?
* is piątek-sobota 9-10 June OK for you?

If everyone is OK for 2-3 June, then IMHO that would be best, to separate
it from the exam period as much as possible.
