A small warning: the website http://pl.wikipedia.org is not the "Polish wiki" -
there exist many Polish wikis, in the plural. Many wikis are not Wikipedia.
E.g. foswiki for PKIII is not Wikipedia. Wiki != wikipedia.

Probably there's still some misunderstanding, and some more reading may be needed:

* what a wiki is  (remember the first tutorial - for students in the 10:00-12:00,
                     12:00-14:00 sessions;
                     also read:  http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/wiki)
* what the Wikipedia is  (see:  http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia)
* these are not the same thing
* what it means to publish something in the GNU/Linux/internet community
   where there is (potentially) intensive peer review - a bit like in
   scientific research

And what are the methods and aim of the 5-th point? On

Probably these steps would be a good start for the 5-th point, for people
interested :).

There is nothing there about my private "acceptance" by private email - 
after doing these steps, the best thing would be to send an email to
***this list*** (unix-internet ...) so that the point

|       ulepszone/krytykowane przez kolegów i/lub wprowadzający zajęcia,
|       jak w środowisce naukowców i GNU/linuksa ogólnie

|       can be publicly 
|       improved/criticised by colleagues and/or the teacher,
|       like in the scientific and GNU/Linux communities in general


That means that others can comment on the foswiki (or maybe also on the
list, dependending on how people wish to use the list).

Forgotten how? So look for information in "obvious" places (e.g.
start at
  http://cosmo.torun.pl/foswiki/bin/view/Cosmo/PracKomputerowaIII,
or look for information at the bottom of this email message).

Of course, the public aspect of this can be done (almost) anonymously,
using nicknames. (In this case, a private email might possibly be
needed for identification, but only at the end of the process, not
the beginning.)

Regarding the specific case:

This example is just an example, and not such an easy example, 
since it is necessary to read the information written there. 
For example, there are two big warnings at the top of the page:


"... Please help rewrite this article from a neutral point of view. (January 
2009)"

"... Please help improve this article either by rewriting the how-to
   content or by moving it to Wikiversity or Wikibooks. (September 2009)"

One of the most important web skills (part of internet skills), is
reading and understanding obvious information (and judging the value
of that information according to its method of construction).

Acceptance of content on http://pl.wikipedia.org or
http://pl.wikibooks.org by  wikipedians/wikibookians  may be affected
by these warnings - it would be better to find a good place to 
discuss what information, from what page, would be useful for translation,
and what "translate" means here.

On http://pl.wikipedia.org  and e.g. in the left bar of
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia there are many links with help.
