re-testing a failed experiment for something poorly defined

It seems like UMK is going to try to follow the BolognaProcess of testing the WikipediaEn:Outcome-based_education "approach" to learning, which was rejected in South Africa and Western Australia and does not seem to have had any successful ... outcomes ... so far:
