COSMO-PL SPRING MEETING 2006: Accommodation

We recommend that people stay at the University Hotel (next to Gimnazjum Akademickie, address: Szosa Chełmińska 83a) to maximise the time available for informal discussion. As of 5 April 2006, there are over 30 rooms available in the price range 70-120 złotych (20-30 euro) per night for the conference period, at the rate for "university guests". To obtain this rate, you must inform the hotel that you are participating in the COSMO-PL SPRING MEETING 2006, and you must book early enough that a room is still available. It is your responsibility to contact the hotel, reserve, check the price, confirm and pay.

University Hotel: How to book

You may email: hotel.umkuni.torun.pl or telephone +48 (56) 611-28-00 the hotel giving name, dates of your stay, preferred type of room (see below) and method of payment.

You are required to confirm your reservation in writing (fax or postal mail, or presumably, by paying in advance). The hotel front desk staff speak English. Check with the hotel for cancellation conditions - cancellations made during the last 48 hours before your arrival are unlikely to be accepted.

Local organisers will confirm to the Hotel your status as a conference participant if necessary, provided that you have registered either by email or twiki. If you do not register with us, then the Hotel may require you to pay at a higher rate.
